At least one of the above centers around his whole life and is owed to a vacation trip in 2003 during which he enjoyed his first Single Malt. Not knowing yet that his cause would change, it took the next dram, a 10 year old Aberlour served in a fine London restaurant, to stage Thomas Ewers for an entire new life. Ignited by the strong appeal of whisky, his natural talent has sent him on a new professional mission, and great success is rewarding him now for the energy and passion he is putting in the business.<\/p>\n
